Referral Program

Recognizing talented professionals is our specialty but we can’t always find them on our own.  Since you work in the industry, you know many candidates with backgrounds that fit the needs of our clients.  Please refer them to us.

Here’s how our referral fee program works:

Employee/Candidate Referrals

At Agente Technical, we understand our employees are our most valuable asset.  We partner with our employees to provide our clients with the best talent.

You are eligible to receive a referral fee if the person you refer is hired by our company and remains employed for at least 45 days.

Alternatively, if you have a friend or colleague who is seeking a job, please have them submit their resume to us.  Be sure they mention that they were referred by you in order for you to receive credit for the referral when they are hired.

Client Referrals

Do you know of a company that is looking to bring in several contractors?

If you refer this manager to Agente – or refer Agente to the manager – and if, as a result of this referral, Agente ends up placing employees, you will receive a referral fee also after 45 days of placement.
