Develops solutions to a variety of complex and unusual problems that require independent judgment and ingenuity to modify procedures standards related to Sales, Strategy and Marketing. Work is accomplished under general direction and completed work is reviewed for results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accomplishes results through direct reports and staff working within established organizational objectives. Performs typical responsibilities of management requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and coaching. Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting cost, schedule and quality objectives.
Performs analysis to support due diligence reviews of new business opportunities. Coordinates responses to requests for proposals to ensure responses are correctly priced and meet the requirements of the customer as defined in the request for proposal.
Receives, coordinates and interprets new and current contracts requested by customer. Represents the Company and negotiates contract changes and amendments with the customer.
Researches market conditions and conducts feasibility studies to determine market demand for existing and new products or services. Identifies and projects the potential of the Company to enter into or increase market share within the transparency markets. Develops strategic marketing and business plans to increase the number of Company products and products lines in the market to meet revenue goals. Identify market growth opportunities and present these as part of new product development requirements.
Supervises initiatives for new product development based on analysis of the potential market. Provides analytical support for comprehensive business plans, including business modeling and business case/plan, customer segmentation, entry strategy, pricing, operations, technical requirements, risk evaluation, etc.
Partners with management to develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term sales plans and programs that will achieve the sales and revenue objectives of organization.
Contacts established and prospective customers in the assigned area to solicit orders in person or by phone. Discusses suitability of different types of products or services that will meet customer requirements. Quotes prices and credit terms and assists in preparation of sales contracts for orders obtained. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
Prepares briefings and reports for executive management quarterly and/or as the business situation requires.
ANCILLARY JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than the primary assignment.
Formal Education, Training, and Professional Certification and Work Experience:
Bachelor Degree in an or other appropriate discipline from an accredited four-year college or university and eight (8) or more years related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred but not required. Previous aviation experience preferred but not required.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to arrive at work on time, work on-site, and attend regularly.
Must be able to read and write the English language, perform basic mathematical calculations and learn to interpret and comprehend company policies, procedures, safety instructions, and other like documents used in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Competent in the use of standard software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel and operate standard office equipment.
Make telephone and direct personal contact with internal and external personnel and make formal presentations to small or large groups.
Perform work of subordinates.

Prior management and contract negotiation skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the Stakeholder is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The Stakeholder frequently is required to move from one place to another. The Stakeholder must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Travel between facilities. Must be able to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day and five
(5) days per week, if required. NRD: Must be able to ascend and descend stairs.
Must be able to tolerate exposure to dust, fumes, noise, temperature and other elements in the shop area, if required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Able to work as a team member, highly organized, work well under stress and handle multiple priorities. Must possess interpersonal and communication skills to interact with other people inside and outside the company.
