Job: Program Manager

Establish, implement and monitor activities associated with Engineering Services and Aircraft

Primary Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing and coordinating projects as it relates to Engineering Services, Prototyping, Certification and Aircraft modifications.
2. Define schedule and major milestones in support of the Engineering Services and Modifications.
3. Provide engineering and technical advice used in selection of new vendors in support of the program including writing the technical Scope of Work.
4. Capture costs and track budget expenditures.

Education
BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. MBA and PMP certification desired

Experience
Three to five years of successful experience working in a technical or engineering capacity for a helicopter manufacturer or for a Defense Subcontractor. Aircraft certification background. Demonstrated leadership skills with emphasis on communication and new process development and managing large projects within diverse work groups.
