Here’s how our referral fee program works:

Employee /Candidate Referrals

At Agente Technical, we understand our employees are our most valuable asset. We partner with our employees to provide our clients with the best talent.

You are eligible to receive a referral fee if the person you refer is hired by our company and remains employed for at least 45 days.

Alternatively, if you have a friend or colleague who is seeking a job, please have them submit their resume to us. Be sure they mention that they were referred by you in order for you to receive credit for the referral when they are hired.

Client Referrals

You know of a company that is looking to bring in several contractors ?

Even better, you know the manager who is going to be doing the hiring for these positions. This manager can be at the company you currently work for, one at a former employer, or even just a friend or business acquaintance.

If you refer this manager to Agente – or refer Agente to the manager – and if as a result of this referral Agente ends up placing employees, you will receive a referral fee also after 45 days of placement.
